OVERVIEW
At M1 Apparel, every product is made with purpose. Most of our items are made-to-order, which means they are produced specifically for you after your order is placed.
PROCESSING TIME
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days before shipment.
Processing times may be longer during high-demand periods, holidays, or product launches.
Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped using one of our trusted carriers.
SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method unless otherwise stated (such as free shipping promotions).
DELAYS
M1 Apparel is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:
- Carrier issues (USPS, UPS, etc.)
- Weather conditions
- Customs processing (for international orders)
- High order volume periods
INCORRECT ADDRESS
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the order.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
M1 Apparel is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly
