Return & Refund Policy – M1 Apparel
At M1 Apparel, every item is made to order. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Returns & Exchanges
We only offer returns or exchanges if:
- The item arrives damaged
- The item is defective
- You receive the wrong item or size from what you ordered
To request a return or exchange, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items ordered in the wrong size or color
- Buyer’s remorse or change of mind
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
Please double-check sizing and product details before placing your order.
Refunds
If your return request is approved, we will:
- Send a replacement item at no additional cost, or
- Issue a full refund to your original payment method
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after approval.
Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After that, your order may already be in production and cannot be canceled.
Shipping Issues
M1 Apparel is not responsible for:
- Incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout
- Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
